Sonoma County Adult Detention Facility Inmate Connector

The Inmate Connector project is used to transfer inmates from the existing adjacent jail through the underground tunnel to the courthouse (currently under construction). The Stair and Elevator Shafts were formed with 50 foot tall wall forms and also included exposed architectural reveal and tie pattern. The tall wall forms required extensive engineering to account for wind load bracing of the tall wall forms.
