Scope: Form/Strip Suspended Slab and Beams

The San Mateo Underground Flow Equalization Tank is a 5.3 million gallon underground concrete structure designed to prevent sanitary sewer overflows. With a shore height of 53 feet between the slab floor and suspended slab and 42 inch wide perimeter beams, the form design for this tank required extensive planning and engineering to assure a safe forming and stripping process.
