Sac Commons Apartments

The Sacramento Commons Apartments are twin buildings with 3 levels of parking structure topped with a podium for residential use, including: a pool, community spaces, store fronts, and apartment units. These structures opted for a mild steel design over post tensioning, which required a camber of 2 inches from column to column. Each shore of the 330,000 square footprint was individually graded to ensure a leveled finished product.
