Ice Blocks 1 & 2

The Ice Bocks buildings located in midtown Sacramento are a mixed use (retail, residential, and office) development. Block One, is a 31,000 sq ft foot print with 2 levels of Suspended Concrete Slabs and 3 levels of timber frame. It is actually the first timber framed midrise to receive a permit in Northern California. Capcon formed all walls, columns, and suspended slabs that took place at Ice Blocks 1 and 2.
