Scope: Form/Strip Suspended Slabs and Beams for Buildings #1 & #2
The El Dorado Hills Fire Training Center was a unique project that CAPCON was a part of. It consists of 2 buildings that replicate neighboring homes and designed to be set on fire with the purpose of training firefighters. The forming procedure involved a combination of high shoring at the perimeter and interior in order to support the engineered trusses that formed the shape for the concrete roofs.
