California College of the Arts Campus Expansion

Scope: Forming/Stripping of All Walls, Columns, Architectural Exterior and Interior Walls; SOG and Suspended Slab with with upturn and downturn beams; rebar template for vertical elements, embed and CLT anchor bolt installation.

The California College of the Arts "CCa" Campus Expansion is currently still being built and set open in Fall of 2024. The expansion structure (Doubled Ground) consists of 2 CLT Building that sit on top of the concrete structure. The concrete structure is wrapped around by 22 foot tall concrete walls with board form finish and smooth formed low walls. Every exposed edge of the concrete structure has rounded edges. The varying architectural finishes for this project required detailed planning, coordination, and execution from our team and our client to provide a quality finish.
