950 Tennessee is an apartment mid rise building in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. The concrete structure consists of 5 Levels of Suspended Concrete Slab. The perimeter slab edges shaped the zig-zag balconies on the East and West side of the structure. The Basement Level had 2 Car Pits that reached a shore height of 30 feet from the pit floor to the on grade level. Engineered Reshore was crucial in this multi-story mid-rise.
