Scope: Form/Strip All Slabs and Exterior Shear Walls
283 East Grand is a multi-story hybrid post and beam pre-cast parking structure with cast in place concrete slabs, cast in place perimeter shear walls, and perimeter upturn beams. Approximately 18,000 square feet of deck formwork was formed and poured every week on this project.
