Scope: Form/Strip All Slabs, Beams, Walls, Columns, and Elevator Core Wall
The 233 East Grand Parking Structure is a 3 level parking structure for the Nexus building. The structure has an elevator Core with architectural board form finish which was formed with 50 foot tall wall panels and poured in 2 lifts. The Stairs were keyed into the formed surface, allowing for the stairs to be poured thereafter. Following the formation of the core wall, the garage was then built and completed.
